Master Class Series: Virtual Training Programs- Strategies for Teaching Students to Work with Underserved Populations

    This session will discuss development, implementation and evaluation of virtual programs designed to train interprofessional student teams to work with underserved populations. The session will highlight the central role of interprofessional education in training future health care professionals. Opportunities for student participation in two of these programs--Enhancing Services for Homeless Populations (ESHP) and Alzheimer's Virtual Interprofessional Training (AVIT) will be discussed.

    This session is designed for students interested in our doctoral, master and/or certificate programs in health.
