    It's important that you read the instructions below carefully to ensure that you choose the correct application. If you determine that you should apply using the MyJefferson application, scroll to the bottom of this page to get started.

    • Undergraduate Admission
      • High school students and undergraduate transfer students can apply on either MyJefferson or the Common Application. Students should choose the "Undergraduate Application" if applying on MyJefferson.
    • Second-Degree Seeking Students
      • FACT Accelerated BSN Nursing: Students interested in our Full-time Accelerated Coursework Track (FACT) program should use the "FACT Accelerated Nursing Application" on MyJefferson.
      • Postbaccalaureate Pre-Professional Program (P4): Students interested in our P4 program should apply on PostBacCAS.

    • Continuing and Professional Studies
      • Select "School of Continuing and Professional Studies Application" on MyJefferson if you are interested in applying to these programs:
        • Master of Science in Organizational Leadership
        • Bachelor of Science (accelerated hybrid "East Falls" and online)
        • Occupational Therapy Assistant Studies
        • Undergraduate Certificates (Medical Coding & Data Quality, Medical Practice Management, and Healthcare Information Systems) 

    MyJefferson Application Instructions

    • To begin an application for admission on MyJefferson, choose Create an account under First-time users. If you've already started an application, please select Log in under Returning users.
    • After you begin your application, you will be prompted to select your entry term, application level and program of interest.
    • Applicants may only submit one application for admission per entry term.
    • Applicants can upload required supporting documents after submitting the application via the MyJefferson portal.
